Music and singing has a big part in our activities with karaoke
and singing and signing sessions as part of a popular daily choice. We have a
weekly music workshops where people can experiment with different instruments
and learn to make music together.
Our yoga sessions held in the spacious room in the new hostel, focus on simple exercises, relaxation and meditation. People benefit from feeling that they can talk about their feelings and learn simple mindfulness techniques in a safe and non- judgmental environment.
